Section 512.564 - Requirements for operation

A new boiler, pressure vessel or water heater must not be operated in this State unless it is:

1. Designed;

2. Constructed;

3. Inspected by the Enforcement Section or the Mechanical Compliance Section; and

4. Installed, in accordance with the Code.
