Section 512.510 - "Code" defined

"Code" means any provision set forth in NAC 512.500 to 512.585, inclusive, and sections 6, 7 and 8, including, without limitation:

1. The provisions of chapter 455C of NAC set forth in section 8; and

2. Any provision set forth in a publication adopted by reference in NAC 512.562.
