Section 512.502 - "Authorized inspection entity" defined"Authorized inspection entity" means:
1. Mechanical Compliance Section;2. The Enforcement Section;3. An insurance company that: (a) Is licensed in this State to write insurance for a boiler or pressure vessel; and(b) Employs or contracts with a special inspector who has been issued a certificate; or4. An inspection organization that employs or contracts with a special inspector who has been issued a certificate.Nev. Admin. Code § 512.502
