Section 504.845 - Audit of project; change in use of grant1. The Commission will audit and review a project during the course of the project and upon its completion.2. The grant awarded by the Commission may be used only for the purposes specified for the project. A change in the project must be approved in writing by the Commission before the change is made. If approval is not received before the change is made, the grantee must return to the Commission any money spent on that part of the project which was changed.Nev. Admin. Code § 504.845
