Section 504.482 - Reporting suspicion of exposure of captive wildlife to dangerous or communicable disease1. A person who has reason to believe that any captive wildlife has been exposed to a dangerous or communicable disease shall immediately give notice to the Department of Wildlife and the State Department of Agriculture.2. As used in this section, "captive wildlife" means any live wildlife which is physically restrained, confined or impaired so that it is prevented from an unobstructed return to or movement in the wild.Nev.
