Section 504.105 - Wildlife highway crossings1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2 and NRS 202.287, 503.010 and 503.175, a person shall not:(a) Hunt or take any big game mammal within one-half mile of a wildlife highway crossing.(b) Discharge a firearm from, upon, over or across a wildlife highway crossing.2. The provisions of this section do not apply to an officer, employee or agent of the Department acting in his or her official capacity.3. As used in this section, "wildlife highway crossing" means any overpass or underpass designed and constructed to facilitate the safe passage of wildlife across a highway.Nev. Admin. Code § 504.105
