Section 504.540 - Notice by Department of adverse effect1. The Department must notify an applicant within 60 days after receipt of plans submitted to it, if planned construction or other activity will adversely affect wildlife habitat.2. The Department must accompany such notice with recommendations or alternate plans which will eliminate or diminish the adverse effect.3. If the Department does not notify an applicant within the 60-day review period, the application is deemed to be approved.Nev. Admin. Code § 504.540
