Section 503.415 - Care of raptor by person who is not falconry licensee and not owner of raptor1. A person who is not a falconry licensee and who is not the owner of a raptor may provide care for a raptor only: (a) At a facility owned or maintained by the owner of the raptor; and(b) Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, for not more than 45 days.2. The Department may extend beyond 45 days the period during which the person may provide care for a raptor if the owner of the raptor provides evidence satisfactory to the Department that any illness, military service, family emergency or other extenuating circumstance justifies the extension.3. A raptor for which care is provided pursuant to this section counts toward the number of raptors that the owner of the raptor may possess pursuant to NAC 503.250.Nev. Admin. Code § 503.415
