Section 503.195 - Exceptions to requirement of license or permit to hunt upland game birdsA person is not required to obtain a hunting license or permit to hunt:
1. Upland game birds which are reared in captivity and released pursuant to a permit issued by the Department for the training of hunting dogs or raptors or for competitive field trials; or2. Upland game birds located within the boundaries of a private or commercial shooting preserve which is licensed by the Department, if the species of upland game bird which is hunted is listed on the license of the shooting preserve.Nev.
