Section 503.510 - Aquatic bait and live bait: Capture, sale, holding and transportation; reference work for naming of species
1. Aquatic bait and the following species of live bait may be captured, offered for sale, held or transported by a person permitted to sell live bait, subject to the provisions of NAC 503.500 to 503.507, inclusive, and any special conditions contained in the annual permit issued by the Department:
