Section 501.175 - Continuance1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the date of a hearing may be continued once by a written stipulation from the appellant and the Secretary of the Commission.2. The date of a hearing may be continued more than once if the moving party submits a written motion for a continuance to the Commission. The Commission will grant the motion only if: (a) Good cause exists to continue the hearing; and(b) A continuance will not prejudice the nonmoving party.Nev. Admin. Code § 501.175
