Section 490.500 - Expiration of registration decal on transfer of ownership or destruction of off-highway vehicle; registration decal nontransferable1. Upon the transfer of the ownership of or an interest in any off-highway vehicle by any holder of a registration decal issued for the off-highway vehicle, or upon destruction of the off-highway vehicle, the registration decal expires.2.
