Section 490.330 - Issuance of registration decal

Upon receipt of all documents required pursuant to this chapter and chapter 490 of NRS for the registration of an off-highway vehicle and the payment of any fees required pursuant to NAC 490.360, the Department will issue a registration decal for the off-highway vehicle.
