Section 490.425 - Registration of off-highway vehicle and owner in database

The Department will file each application received and register the off-highway vehicle therein described and the owner thereof in a suitable database as follows:

1. Under the number of the registration decal issued for the off-highway vehicle; and

2. Numerically under the identification number of the off-highway vehicle.
