Section 490.1345 - Entity applying for grant must be in good standing

If a person who seeks to apply to the Commission for a grant is a corporate or other legal entity that is registered with the Secretary of State of Nevada or the secretary of state of another state, the entity must be in good standing in the state in which it is registered.
