Section 490.046 - "Identification number" defined

"Identification number" means a unique identification or serial number placed on one or more of the essential parts of an off-highway vehicle by the manufacturer of the off-highway vehicle or a distinguishing number assigned to an off-highway vehicle by the Department pursuant to NRS 490.0835.
