Section 490.041 - "Display an off-highway vehicle for sale" defined

"Display an off-highway vehicle for sale" means to display one or more off-highway vehicles owned or controlled by a licensed off-highway vehicle dealer at a temporary location at which:

1. A salesperson or representative of the licensed off-highway vehicle dealer is present; and

2. A telephone or any other device for communication with a salesperson or representative of the licensed off-highway vehicle dealer is provided.
