Section 490.170 - Circumstances under which required

A licensed off-highway vehicle dealer shall not exhibit off-highway vehicles, display an off-highway vehicle for sale or sell an off-highway vehicle at a temporary location without first obtaining a temporary license issued by the Department pursuant to subsection 4 of NRS 490.240 for each temporary location at which he or she intends to exhibit off-highway vehicles, display an off-highway vehicle for sale or sell an off-highway vehicle.
