Section 490.235 - Line of credit advertised1. If an off-highway vehicle dealer, long-term lessor, short-term lessor or manufacturer advertises a line of credit for the purchase of an off-highway vehicle and includes in the advertisement:(a) The periodic rate used to compute the annual percentage rate;(b) The date the finance charge begins to accrue;(c) The method of determining the balance upon which the finance charge is imposed;(d) The method of determining the finance charge; or(e) The amount of any fee included in the line of credit, he or she shall include in the advertisement all fees that will be charged for the line of credit, including any membership or participation fees, and the annual percentage rate.2. If an advertisement includes the annual percentage rate for a line of credit, the advertisement must be identified using the term "annual percentage rate" or "APR." If the rate included in the advertisement is a variable periodic rate, that fact must be disclosed in the advertisement.Nev. Admin. Code § 490.235
