Section 490.225 - Loan advertised

If an off-highway vehicle dealer, long-term lessor, short-term lessor or manufacturer advertises a loan for the purchase of an off-highway vehicle and includes in the advertisement:

1. The amount of the down payment;

2. The amount of the periodic payment;

3. The number of payments or the period over which payments must be made; or

4. The amount of the finance charge,

he or she shall include in the advertisement any other terms of the loan related to the cost of the loan, including the annual percentage rate.
