Section 489.105 - "New manufactured home dealer" defined"New manufactured home dealer" means any person who:
1. Is licensed under the provisions of this chapter and chapter 489 of NRS;2. Has an authorized franchise, in a form approved by the Division, from a manufacturer to sell new manufactured homes; and3. Is engaged in the business of selling or exchanging new and used manufactured homes, mobile homes, commercial coaches, manufactured buildings or factory-built housing.Nev. Admin. Code § 489.105
