In addition to the requirements of NRS 482.381, as amended by section 1 of Assembly Bill No. 349, chapter 363, Statutes of Nevada 2021, at page 2170, NRS 482.3814, as amended by section 3 of Assembly Bill No. 349, chapter 363, Statutes of Nevada 2021, at page 2171, and NRS 482.3816, as amended by section 4 of Assembly Bill No. 349, chapter 363, Statutes of Nevada 2021, at page 2172, the owner of an Old Timer antique vehicle, classic rod or classic vehicle shall provide to the Department, at the time of registration, the declaration page provided by the insurer of the vehicle, that includes the company code assigned to the insurer by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
