Section 484D.440 - Current medical certificate: Possession of copy at principal place of business and by operator1. Every person who owns or manages a business which operates one or more combinations of vehicles shall keep at his or her principal place of business a copy of the current medical certificate of each person who operates a combination of vehicles for the business.2. Every operator of a combination of vehicles shall have in his or her possession while operating the combination a copy of his or her current medical certificate.Nev. Admin. Code § 484D.440
