Section 484D.255 - "Slow moving vehicle" defined

As used in NAC 484D.250 to 484D.275, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, "slow moving vehicle" means any vehicle or combination of vehicles designed for and operated at speeds of 25 miles per hour or less when moved on a highway, whether pulled, towed or self-propelled, and whether in daytime or nighttime.
