Section 483.7645 - Surrender of suspended or revoked license; licensing of instructor whose driver's license is suspended or revoked1. If the license of a person to operate a school for drivers or as an instructor has been suspended, the license must be surrendered to the Department.2. If the driver's license of a person who is licensed as an instructor and approved by the Department to provide behind-the-wheel training has been suspended or revoked for any cause, the Department may suspend or revoke the instructor's license.3. A person whose license is suspended or revoked pursuant to subsection 2 may not reapply for a license within 3 years after the date of the reinstatement of his or her driver's license or driving privilege.Nev.
