Section 483.760 - Display and contents of license as operator; display of license as instructor1. A license to operate a school for drivers issued to the operator of the school must: (a) Be displayed in a conspicuous place visible to the public within each principal place of business and each branch location; and(b) Include: (1) The full legal name of the licensee;(2) The physical address of the principal place of business or branch location;(3) The number of the license;(4) The date of expiration of the license; and(5) Each activity for which the school for drivers is approved by the Department to provide courses.2. The holder of a license as an instructor for a school for drivers shall post the license in a conspicuous place on the premises of the school for which the license is issued.Nev. Admin.
