Section 483.272 - Denial of license: Notification by certified mail; appeal

The Department will notify the applicant by certified mail of a denial of an application for a restricted license issued pursuant to NRS 483.267 or 483.270 and of the reason for the denial. The applicant may appeal the decision to the Department hearing officer within 30 days after receipt of the notice of denial.
