Section 483.245 - Satisfaction of conditions for reinstatement of revoked or suspended driver's license

Except as otherwise provided in title 5 of NRS, if the Department has revoked or suspended a driver's license pursuant to title 5 or chapter 483, 484A to 484E, inclusive, or 485 of NRS, before the issuance of a restricted license, the applicant must, in addition to satisfying other conditions for the issuance of a restricted license required by law, satisfy the conditions for reinstatement of a driver's license.
