Section 483.035 - Issuance of driver's license, identification card or commercial learner's permit with alternate address: Eligibility; requirements1. The Department will issue a driver's license, identification card, commercial driver's license or commercial learner's permit that displays an alternate address to a peace officer or retired peace officer who: (a) Satisfies the requirements set forth in NRS 483.376, 483.854 or 483.9275, as applicable; and(b) Submits a request for the display of an alternate address on his or her driver's license, identification card, commercial driver's license or commercial learner's permit to the Department in person at an office of the Department, on a form prescribed by the Department.2. The Department will issue a driver's license, identification card or commercial driver's license that displays an alternate address to a person who: (a) Is eligible to make a request for an alternate address on his or her driver's license, identification card or commercial driver's license pursuant to NRS 481.091; and(b) Submits a request for the display of an alternate address on his or her driver's license, identification card or commercial driver's license to the Department in person at an office of the Department, on a form prescribed by the Department.Nev.
