Section 483.046 - Storage of information obtained by Department during application and issuance process

Any information obtained by the Department during the application and issuance process for a driver's license, motorcycle driver's license or identification card will be stored on an electronic system maintained by the Department in a manner that prevents unauthorized use of the information and ensures the security and confidentiality of personally identifiable information.
