Section 483.810 - Requirements for application for instruction permit or license

In addition to complying with the requirements of NRS 483.290, an application for a commercial driver's instruction permit , commercial learner's permit or a commercial driver's license must comply with the requirements of 49 C.F.R. § 383.23.
