Section 482A.230 - Notice of change of name or location of facility; principal place of business; maintenance and inspection of books and records1. If a licensee changes the name or location of the autonomous vehicle certification facility identified on the license, the licensee must notify the Department of the change within 10 business days after the effective date of the change.2. A licensee shall maintain his or her principal place of business in this State and keep his or her books and records related to the certification of autonomous vehicles at his or her principal place of business in this State. A licensee shall allow any authorized agent of the Director to inspect those books and records during usual business hours. The books and records must include, without limitation, the year, make, model and identification number of each autonomous vehicle for which the autonomous vehicle certification facility has provided a certificate of compliance.Nev.
