Section 482.282 - "Governmental entity" interpreted for certain purposes

For the purposes of enforcing the provisions of NRS 482.313, "governmental entity" means the Federal Government or an agency thereof, this State or an agency thereof, or any city, county, town or other political subdivision of this State.
