Section 482.274 - Restrictions on issuance of temporary permits1. A short-term lessor or his or her representative shall not: (a) Issue more than one temporary permit per vehicle for the operation of the vehicle.(b) Issue a temporary permit to a person for the operation of a vehicle that is leased from another lessor.2. Representatives of a short-term lessor may issue permits only after the short-term lessor provides the Department with a list of the names of the representatives who he or she has authorized to issue temporary permits.Nev.
