Section 482.0435 - Loan of vehicle not to result in direct profit for dealer or rebuilder

A licensed dealer or rebuilder shall not accept any fee, compensation or other form of direct profit from the loan of a vehicle displaying a special license plate that is issued pursuant to the provisions of NAC 482.040.
