Section 482.034 - "Agency or organization" defined
"Agency or organization" means:
1. The State of Nevada;2. The Nevada System of Higher Education;3. A school district;4. A county, city or town; or5. An organization that is exempt from taxation pursuant to the provisions of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
