Section 482.220 - Executive or official vehicles; taxicabs1. Executive or official vehicles, when referred to in advertising, must have been used by executives, personnel of a motor vehicle manufacturer or a dealer. These vehicles must not have been registered.2. Taxicabs and vehicles owned by state, federal, city, county and political subdivisions must be identified as such in their advertising. The word "commercial" or a similar ambiguous term may not be used to describe these vehicles.Nev. Admin. Code § 482.220
