Section 482.Sec. 2 - NEW

A person may apply to the Department for a salvage title pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 487.820 by providing to the Department:

1. A bond in an amount equal to one and one-half times the manufacturer's suggested retail price, in Nevada, of the vehicle.

2. Clear photographs of the vehicle for which a salvage title is sought, one each showing a comprehensive view of the:

(a) Front end;

(b) Rear end;

(c) Driver side; and

(d) Passenger side.
