Section 481.410 - Procedures for declaratory orders and advisory opinions1. Any person with a direct and tangible interest who desires a declaratory order or advisory opinion regarding the applicability of any statutory provision, or a regulation or decision of the Department may petition by letter to the Director. Four copies of the petition must be submitted.2. The Director will issue a declaratory order or an advisory opinion and mail it to the petitioner within 30 days.Nev. Admin. Code § 481.410
