Section 481.270 - Request for a hearing1. Requests for a hearing pursuant to NRS 484C.230 may be made in writing or by telephone.2. A request for a hearing will be denied if the issues raised by the request do not entitle the petitioner to relief by means of an administrative hearing.3. If the request for a hearing is granted, the hearing will be set for the earliest date practicable. The Department will serve each party and his or her attorney, if applicable, with a notice of hearing.4. If a request for a hearing is denied, the petitioner must be notified in writing, stating the reason for the denial.Nev. Admin. Code § 481.270
