A response to any deficiencies noted by the State Fire Marshal as a result of his or her review of a plan pursuant to NAC 477.740 must be submitted to the State Fire Marshal within 14 working days after the notice of deficiencies is received. A contractor who fails to comply with the provisions of this section is subject to delays on the job site as a result of red tagging or any other manner of halting construction.
