Section 477.390 - Declaration of qualification1. In addition to the requirements set forth in NAC 477.385, any person who desires to engage in the installation, maintenance or inspection of an engineered or pre-engineered fixed extinguishing system must be declared qualified to perform such act or acts by the State Fire Marshal.2. The State Fire Marshal will declare a person to be qualified if the person provides a certification from a manufacturer of fixed extinguishing systems that he or she has received instruction and training in the installation, maintenance and inspection of fixed extinguishing systems and the person passes a written examination for a certificate of registration.Nev.
