"Portable building" means a structure that is used as a classroom or for any other purpose relating to education and which is intended to be moveable, whether manufactured on the site or elsewhere or purchased for or converted to a mobile capability. The term includes a mobile, manufactured, portable or relocatable building, structure or unit, by whatever name designated.
