Section 467.079 - Notice to Commission of proposed change in ownership of promoter or change in officers, managers or directors of promoter; approval or disapproval by Commission

Within 30 days after a change in the ownership of a promoter or a change in the officers, managers or directors of a promoter, the promoter must inform the Commission of the proposed change. Upon the recommendation of the Executive Director, the Commission may approve or disapprove the change in ownership of a promoter or in the officers, managers or directors of the promoter, as applicable.
