Section 467.Sec. 6 - NEW

The Executive Director or the designee of the Executive Director will deny a request for exemption submitted pursuant to section 5 if:

1. The amateur contest or exhibition does not satisfy the requirements set forth in NRS 467.170;

2. The request for exemption does not comply with the requirements set forth in section 5 of this regulation; or

3. An amateur combatant or ring official described in the request for exemption is suspended or permanently revoked on any registry recognized by the Commission.
