Section 467.008 - Waiver of requirements; alteration of period of time required for action; designation of Commissioner to perform duties of Chair1. The Commission may, at its sole discretion, waive a requirement set forth in this chapter for any cause deemed sufficient by the Commission.2. For good cause deemed sufficient by the Commission, the Chair may alter a period of time prescribed by this chapter in which an action may be taken or must be taken, upon the Chair's own initiative or upon motion made by a party or other person affected by the prescribed period.3. The Chair may designate a Commissioner to perform any of the duties of the Chair set forth in this chapter.Nev. Admin. Code § 467.008
