A party seeking a continuance of a disciplinary proceeding must submit a written request to the Chair before the posting of the Commission Agenda and Notice of Meeting. The Chair may grant a request for a continuance for good cause that the Chair deems sufficient. Unless the Chair finds that extraordinary circumstances exist, the Chair shall not grant a request for a continuance that is submitted after the posting of the Commission Agenda and Notice of Meeting.
