Section 461A.140 - Size of lots1. A lot for a mobile home must have an area of:(a) At least 2,880 square feet if the lot is designed for a mobile home 14 feet or less in width; or(b) At least 4,000 square feet if the lot is designed for a mobile home more than 14 feet in width.2.
