Section 461A.070 - Action not precluded by issuance of permitThe issuance of a permit based upon the plans and specifications submitted by an applicant does not preclude the agency for enforcement from thereafter:
1. Requiring the holder of the permit to correct any errors in the plans and specifications; or2. Preventing occupancy of the mobile home park if the agency for enforcement finds that the park has been constructed in violation of NAC 461A.010 to 461A.450, inclusive.Nev. Admin. Code § 461A.070
