Section 461.160 - Lost or damaged insignia1. A manufacturer shall immediately notify the Division of any insignia which are lost or damaged and shall return any damaged insignia.2. The application may be made with or after the application for approval of his or her plans. The manufacturer must also submit the applicable fees.Nev. Admin. Code § 461.160
